ReGen is opening a Chief Technologist (Water) seat to lead R&D, IP strategy and engineering excellence across the desalination and irrigation product lines.
Open to executive, advisory or hybrid arrangements for the right candidate with deep desalination / membrane / water engineering background.
Key responsibilities
- Set the technical roadmap for solar desalination, nutrient enrichment and irrigation-grade water
- Lead R&D priorities, prototype validation and performance benchmarking
- Shape IP strategy, patents and technical due diligence for investors and partners
- Mentor the engineering team and guide supplier and lab collaborations
What we are looking for
- Senior track record in desalination, membranes, thermal systems or water treatment
- Experience taking water technology from prototype to field deployment
- Comfortable operating in a startup with lean resources
- Based in or able to work closely with our Hong Kong team
