ReGen Technology Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based green technology startup developing innovative solutions in solar desalination, water technology and regenerative environmental systems.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of R&D and commercial projects, working closely with management, engineers, researchers, suppliers and partners.
Fresh graduates are welcome. For the right candidate there is significant room to grow into Project Management, Operations, Business Development, R&D Coordination or Management.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling and tracking of R&D and commercial projects
- Coordinate between management, engineers, researchers, suppliers and external partners
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations and project documentation
- Monitor budgets, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
- Assist with grant, funding and competition applications
- Help organise site visits, pilots and partner meetings
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, business, environmental science or related field)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project tools
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn in a startup environment
