ReGen is hiring a Junior System Engineer to help design and iterate on modular, solar-powered desalination units for arid coastal regions.
The role spans mechanical integration, controls and field testing alongside the senior engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Support design, assembly and iteration of modular solar desalination units
- Help with mechanical integration, sensors, controls and data logging
- Run lab and field tests, document results and propose improvements
- Work with suppliers on components, drawings and specifications
What we are looking for
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, environmental or energy engineering
- Hands-on mindset: CAD, prototyping and practical troubleshooting
- Interest in renewable energy, water treatment and sustainability
- Good English communication; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
