ReGen is hiring a full-time Project Manager / Coordinator based in Hong Kong (with international project travel) to drive the rollout of regenerative water systems.
The role covers project planning, vendor and partner coordination, and on-site delivery for desalination and re-greening installations.
Key responsibilities
- Own project plans, timelines and budgets from feasibility study to commissioning
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, logistics and local partners across markets
- Run on-site installation and commissioning of solar desalination units
- Track risks, quality and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Support feasibility studies, site assessments and pilot programmes
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in project management, engineering delivery or operations (water, energy or infrastructure preferred)
- Structured, self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup
- Excellent English communication; Cantonese, Mandarin, French or Arabic a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally to project sites
